One of the great traditions at Indiana University is the annual Little 500 bicycle race immortalized in the movie "Breaking Away". 2010 was the 60th race and the Cutters team showed their grit and determination by winning for the eleventh time and an unprecedented fourth straight victories. They now have the most wins of any team. The 2010 race was one for the history books. Stopped at lap 104, due to atrocious stormy weather with the Cutters in the lead, we all thought the race was won. An hour passed and the decision was made to continue racing. At the final lap of 200 the Cutters again were in the lead. Kay jokes that it's the breakfast we feed them before the race which makes their legs go faster or maybe it's the good nights sleep they get here. Whatever it is we love those Cutters.
